I moved into the Fylde only four years ago and Fylde Law have already helped me with two major problems. Sebastian Sinclair intervened when a new company took over a static caravan park and tried to change the terms of my contract. Laura Whitaker talked myself and my wife through the complexities of leasehold law when we discovered that the title deeds of our inherited flat were missing, and so was the freeholder. Where did that leave us? This is when you need a calm professional voice.
