Been a tenant with this agency for over 10 years, always lovely to speak and deal with. Always lovely to see them on inspections. finally a good agent that gets works done when needed. With it being a small agency, they have time always to check on us and make sure everything is going ok. Would highly recommend them.
AVOID AT ALL COST! Don’t do repairs, had environmental health round numerous times before anything actioned. Didn’t protect deposit for ten years. provided me with a tenancy agreement after 9 months of asking for a copy that wasn’t even the document I signed. Changed who the agreement was with, changed the terms. Yeah that’s right fraudulently created a tenancy agreement and added my signature to it with I assume snipping tool.
