They give the impression that they are Solicitors - they are not. When it came to release my Fathers' Will, I specifically requested that it be sent 'special delivery'. My mother died last month and have tried to contact them for 14 day to get her will released . Everytime i ring i am told i neex to speak to mr hugh storer and everytime he is unavailable to speak to and will contact me back at his earliest convenience but never does they have told me he is in a meeting then the next day when i ring he has not been well and hasnt been in the office all week ... so blantly lie too . Waited 3 months for my revised will to be returned then had to tell them how discussed I was with their service Never answer the phone and don't get back when you leave a message very poor quality of service
