poor daycare – I go to the gym so I can use the daycare. The woman at the daycare during the am shift are good, the woman on the weekend I believe her name is Pat --and the evening shift, she is not interactive with the children. Incompetant Employees – I joined the gym 2 years ago because it was convenient to where I worked at the time. Now I work in the city and I don?t travel that far into South Jersey. I attempted to cancel my membership over the phone, but was told on 3 separate occasions that I had to speak with a manager in person. Managers are only available 8-5pm Monday through Friday, which is when I am at work, so I was not able to get there to cancel my membership. EXHAUSTING! AND NOT THE WORKOUT! – Would not recommend this fitness center to anyone especially if you don't want to get ripped off! Try getting someone to call you back in order to find out about relocation/cancellations policies???.....tALK ABOUT A WORKOUT! DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH! The managers and general manager try to wiggle their way out of letting you out of the membership. Even when you move! If you're not planning on living in the areas of these centers, do not join, or you may have to commute the long way!!!!
What I needed. – This gym has everything that I need to see the results that I want to see. At first I was not really into the sales approach, but if they had not been like that then I would still be sitting on my couch and not reaching my goals.
