best classes – I read these reviews before I went there for a tour. I decided to see for myself because there's mixed comments on here. The tour did take longer than I expected (about an hour) but the man who signed me up was polite and answered all my questions. Worst fitness center experience ever...DO NOT join this gym! – I was a member of Future Fitness for 2 years and in hindsight, it was the worst gym experience I have ever had. Why so many bad reviews? – WOW....Some disgruntled people on here. Well I signed up at the Mullica Hill location in Sept. of 2008 and the salesman was a bit long winded but VERY informative. AVOID AT ALL COST – MY WIFE WAS PRESSURED INTO JOINING AND WHEN SHE TRIED TO CANCEL SHE WAS TOLD TOO BAD IT WAS PAST 3 DAYS.NOW THEY WANT YOU TO PAY FOR 90 DAYS PLUS THE YEARS DUES BEFORE YOU CAN CANCEL...THEY WOULD'T EVEN CONSIDER ANY REASONABLE SOLUTION EVEN THOUGH SHE NEVER USED THE FACILITY....AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE
Save yourself from Future Fitness! – If you think their sales tactics are aggressive, try this on for size! If you try to cancel your membership they will bill you for three more months of membership even though you have just cancelled your contract. If you refuse to pay their outrageous fees for a service you're no longer receiving, they will take you to collections and harrass you to no end. Sales pitch hard but great place – I read these reviews and agree that some of the sales pitch is a pretty hard sell. But the facility itself and the programs they have are fantastic. I think the sales doesn't need to be like that, because the place is so above and beyond the other gyms anyway. Berlin-Good price, minor drawbacks – It seems like every review written so far has been a disgruntled ex-customer or an employee of Future Fitness. I am a current member and find both types of reviews to be too extreme. The hard sell is undeniably annoying. However, it is a nuisance that I had to put up with one time, and each subsequent time I went to re-signup or change my membership, they were much more reasonable. I am suing them for invading my privacy. They are horrible disgusting people. – I had been a member for some time. I found the staff to be rude and condescending most of the time but I ignored them because I had bought the lifetime membership. It wasn't until I found out I was pregnant and went in to freeze my membership that the place committed a horribly violating act. Future Fitness, Wow! such bad reviews – I want to thank everyone on here who wrote reviews of Future Fitness. I was actually considering joining the Mt Laurel location.
