Best gym in the area! – I joined Future Fitness 2 1/2 years ago and have been really happy with my experiences. Lots of my friends ended up coming over from other gyms, and we all think it's the best one around. I like the atmosphere - it's a "no BS" place. Terrible Experience – Please don't let the one star rating I gave this place fool you...I would give it a zero but this site doesn't let me. One star is way over-rating this place. I went into the new location at Mullica Hill yesterday with my daughter to get some information. I had to go through a very old and over used canned sales pitch for about 2 hours before I could get any pricing info. I'm afraid – I would like to make review as I was considering joining but after reading all these reviews I think I will avoid this gym as I am afraid of facing this kind of business.
FUTURE FITNESS SALESMAN LIKE CAR DEALERS – I had a free month membership that I won at a local non-profit event, so I went to try and use this at the new Mullica Hill Future Fitness location. It was a HORRIFIC experience. The salesperson was extremely rude and pushy (worse than any car salesman I've ever spoken to). CONSUMER YOU NEED TO BEWARE!!!! – Specifically relating to the Mount Laurel location of this business: This facility wants (or probably more so needs) your money so badly it will make it SO hard for you to cancel your membership by never having a cancellation form or manager available to you (read the contract where it says you must use their form and an authorized rep needs to approve). Not Worth Wasting Your Time!!! – Sounds like the previous entries are the owners of the club. I canceled my membership and was completely disappointed with the all around service of the club. They cost way too much!! They try to get you to pay $1000 to become a member but will end up settling for a fraction of what they ask. It is a complete scam!! Happy with my choice! – I joined this club after my club abruptly closed it's doors without any notice!! I am very happy with my choice! Years ago, I used to be a member of a couple of smaller gyms, women-only workout ctrs, and did not receive the benefits that I get here. 5 is better than 4! – The only thing better than 4 Future Fitness health clubs in the area is 5! There's a new one opening in Mullica Hill. These are by far the best gyms around here - having always been a member of some gym, I know the difference. There are perks that we never got from any other gym - like personal trainers for free, great equipment and the best instructors. It's also very clean, and the staff is professional.
