Extremely disappointing! – I joined the Mt. Laurel location because it was near my house and had a pool and childcare. The sales guy gave the hard sell. But I really wanted to start going to the gym. I made it twice then had to stop for medical reasons. I froze my account, hoping to go back. Never made it. I am still trying to cancel. The manager who called me about my request was extremely rude when I insisted I wanted to cancel my account. The medical check up by the way was worthless and the woman was rude. I completely agree with the negative impression of the listing below. the gym seamed nice, but the sales was like the very worst used car lost.
Great hours/classes/machines – I'm extremely pleased with my membership at Future Fitness. I'm losing weight and look better than ever, with the help of my trainer every month and the monitoring I get for free. I didn't believe that I would actually get a free trainer each month, but I DO and it gives me so much motivation! I also love the classes - I'm a Spinner and take those classes the most. Anytime anyone asks me where I work out, I highly recommend Future Fitness.
Worst sales team on the planet – i wrote the folling reiew before i read what other people had to say first the totaly postive comments are from the people who work at the club second i had the same experince today in cherry hill almost word for word sales , the only chosing certian people no one wants to sign up on the first day unless very serious about getting into shape. it is abusive and offensive , and let me say i have been to time share retreats and this was as bad but a little worst cause you are attacked on such a ... read more
excellent equipment, facilities! – I've been a member of Bally's, LA Fitness and a few women's-only clubs, and they aren't even a comparison to the perks I get at Future Fitness. I am very happy so far with the trainers, the classes and even the child care club, except I wish it was open more hours. All the people there are friendly, and if I don't go for a week, the receptionists always notice and ask where I've been! They don't make you feel like just a number. Machines and tv's are ALWAYS BROKEN – EITHER THE MACHINES ARE BROKEN OR THE TV'S THAT THEY BRAG SO MUCH ABOUT ON THE MACHINES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN. THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED SINCE OBVIOUSLY THEY ONLY OFFER TEMPORARY FIXES. MOST OF THE TIME I END UP SETTING UP AT 4 OR 5 MACHINES BEFORE I CAN FINALLY WORK OUT. THEIR HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCH TO SIGN UP RIGHT AWAY RATHER THAN OFFERING A FREE TRIAL PERIOD IS PURPOSLY CALCULATED SO THAT FUTURE MEMBERS DONT REALIZE THAT THE MACHINES ARE OLD AND OUT OF ORDER. Motivating! – This club has helped me reach my fitness goals and feel better about myself. I take their classes 4 times and week and have 1 personal training session. Everyone seems like they really want to help me get fit. I am feeling like myself again. I have tried other gyms in the area and Future Fitness has nicer people and better equipment.
Best health club in NJ by far! – Clean, ample equipment, and great trainers. Staff very friendly and supportive. I joined 2 months ago and have had great results. I feel so motivated and energetic! It's a life-changing event.
GREAT PLACE TO JOIN! – I have been a member of the turnersville facility since the beginning and I am still there. I have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is great and always helpful if I have a problem or question. I love the variety of classes that they offer. They have the most convenient hours as I do get up early (4 am) to go to work out before work - if it was not for the early hours I probably would not go.
