Run Away – I stopped into this club to inquire about membership and was told that it was "too late" and they refused to give me any information about pricing without having to talk to a manager (who wasn't there). Based on the other reviews on this site, I'm glad that I didn't waste any more time on this place. Will be joining another gym.
Unprofessional – I have to tell you that upon reading the reviews on this site that I couldn't agree more(with the exception of the one ). I used to go to the one in Berlin but because of my job and my wife taking a new job the gym was no longer an option for me. So I went today to cancel my membership. A Chuck Norris wannabe who I later found out was the President was there to help me. He took me into an office after forcing a towel on some female member. HORRIBLE – This gym is so dirty. It is disgusting every time you go. Equipment is used over and over again especially in the studios and never cleaned. The mats are so filthy they smell. We pay so much every month with no perks whatsoever. It is a shame that a business is run like this and they get away with it. Why is it ok to expect us to sign up and put money down, and pay on time ever month but we can not expect anything out of them. NEVER GO THERE, EVER – I would NOT recommend this gym for anyone! They gave me this sales pitch that made the poor salesman sound like a recording.I feel for these poor employees who are suckered into thinking they are "guaranteed $50,000+ a year to start" as they claim in their job adds. Craig yells at these men and makes them feel like nothing all so he can continue to drive his Cadillac(s). Quite dirty gym – I have a few complaints with this gym...... 1. It looks as if they NEVER clean the bathrooms, ever. Hair and dirty are all over 2. Machines are dusty - does anyone ever clean them (let alone disinfect them?) 3. Low number, dirty, equipment in gym studios.... resistanceballs deflated, mats are DISGUSTING 4. Time to find another Gym. – This has sent me over the top. Now I have not been one who needs a lot of customer service but, a little can help for instance on Monday October 1 2007 there was a chemical spill in the pool area, which may or may not have been the gyms fought, the fire department had to come out and clear out the gym with out getting things out of the locker room and they where only doing their job so no ill will to them. Getting ready to call the Board of Health! – Owners are Cheap, Cheap, Cheap. I have been a member here for 6 years now and it is still the same things happening. You can take it to the bank that when it rains the free weight area will be filled with water and, then the days following there will a pile of dead BiGS (change the i into a u ) in the free weight area and in the cardio area by the aerobics room and it is not just a few bigs ( change the i into a u ), I am talking hundreds. High Volume, No Customer Service -->> Bad Experience – I have been working out for over 20 years and have been a member of numerous clubs. I can tell you, Future Fitness is full of probems... Starting with their high-pressure sales approach which is full of lies (such as, "controlled membership size, no crowding, plenty of parking, simple cancellation, dedicated personal training programs," etc). Worst Gym Membership anywhere – Future Fitness is a gym that offers alot, but their administration is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They are strickly about money and regardless of how many times you call or write, it would be their way or no way. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKING A MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS GYM. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. There are gyms out there that would offer you the same equipment, maybe not as large, but you can get the same results and not get caught up in a MONEY SCANDAL.
