Just reporting that SELCE has provided an excellent Retrofit service for our Victorian house in Blackheath, London SE3. In addition to a thorough survey of heat loss they have put us on to both an insulation firm to clad our roof, and a firm specialising on secondary glazing of windows. Richard Bourne
