Having bought 2 coloured Soho chairs we were so happy with them that I ordered another one. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item but Michelle at Fusion was extremely helpful in helping me rectify this mistake so we’re very happy with our 3 different coloured chairs! I purchased their transparent swivel chair on wheels. A very uncomfortable chair to sit on for any length of time, I definitely would not recommend for office use. In addition to this the PVC cushion squeeks against the plastic seat when you even move slightly despite being correctly assembled. The screws holding the chair to the base worked themselves loose despite being correctly assembled and sufficiently tight as the fittings are cheap. Appaling customer service. I urge you to do your research and read customer service reviews on the web. We have had a similar experience to many. We purchased a large Chelsea tulip dining table which is not safe. Fusion have been unwilling to engage and refused to refund. At this 120cm size the base is not wide enough and/or heavy enough for the weight of the top and our three year old was able to topple the table by leaning on it.
