Appaling customer service. I urge you to do your research and read customer service reviews on the web. We have had a similar experience to many. We purchased a large Chelsea tulip dining table which is not safe. Fusion have been unwilling to engage and refused to refund. At this 120cm size the base is not wide enough and/or heavy enough for the weight of the top and our three year old was able to topple the table by leaning on it. The high gloss Tulip table surface has three small scratches in it - what look like production marks. Because we didn’t unpack until the chairs arrived 4 days later and over Easter the company refuse to accept any liability. There are lots of companies selling these - I wish we had bought through them.

After trying to order a tulip table from a few other companies (which proved to be strangely complicated and frustrating), I ordered from Fusion Living. Not only was their customer service friendly, prompt and accommodating, everything they promised was delivered EXACTLY as promised.
