Kayla is amazing she groomed our shitzu to perfection and the are very difficult to groom! Highly recommend!!! Ask for Kayla!!!
Our groomer was great. Everything went well with our dog's first appointments. The second appointment for our two dogs was at 11:20 and was canceled at 11:18 via text due to an issue with our groomer that needed additional time on leave - meaning the issue was known. Things happen and we all understand but 2 minute prior cancelation with no offers or priority reschedule ("our next available time is 13 days out") is poor and showed us the business is unreliable.
