Furniture was not delivered, and all my messages were completely ignored. Zero communication and no accountability. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.
Very disappointed with their customer service. Order a sideboard 4 weeks ago and was told it takes 2 weeks to be delivered. I have contacted them several times over the last few days with no answer. Would not recommend
Driving your van like an absolute scum bag lunatic through Hornsey - I know a lot of people on here are criticising your delivery speeds, but nearly mowing down a bunch of school kids ain't the way to catchup with the backlog bruh.
Furious, they delivered the wrong bed. I ordered a Pickwick bed frame because it's identical to the other bed I have. I like the pine effect. The bed they sent doesn't appear to be the same colour. I contacted FW Uk & they told me the Pickwick has been redesigned.
