I was really worried about these beds after reading the reviews after I purchased however I did have a good experience. The beds came on time the day they were expected and in great condition for the price. The only issue was when I emailed the customer service I didn’t get a response only a generic message back so if I had of had issues or wanted to change the delivery then I’d of had no way of contacting them so they definitely do need to improve this.

If I could given zero stars I would have! Delivered over week after advised delivery date. Mattress ripped Base broken Company is ridiculous to get hold of. Avoid using this company!

I ordered my bed on the 11th August via Wowcher. It was supposed to be delivered by furniture Italia by no later than today. They’ve took the money for the bed and £40 delivery and I’ve heard absolutely nothing since. I’ve tried the number on their website but it’s not in service. I’ve got no way of contacting these people and it looks like I’m £250 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Wowcher are more than useless too, they don’t want to know. The bed is decent, the delivery driver was rude but blud was probably having a bad day. They sent 2 of the same bed base so we couldn’t fit the head board on but to be honest it isn’t that deep because we just pushed it up against the wall. Other than that everything’s fine and it’s a decent bed, you get what you pay for. Btw we ordered a divan bed from Wowcher and found it came from here :)
