No product. No comunication . They are ignoring any of my emails
Giving them 1 star seems generous. Placed order, nothing turned up. Chased with customer support, blaming courier EVRI (yeah right) no tracking number supplied so no way to confirm. Emails not replied to, phone number doesn’t pick up and then blocks you. Avoid at all costs
Awful company, do not buy from them if you want half the order to be delivered. Been waiting for a refundfor over 6 months now for the missing items. Steer clear.
Absolutely no customer service whatsoever, I was promised 3-5 working day delivery and on the 6th working day was told they “had no response from Evri and could resend the package again” This was only sent to me after about 4/5 emails sent to them asking what the hell was going on. From reading the reviews I’m lucky that I’ve received a refund.
