Poor service. Called over 10 days ago to arrange a solicitor to do some conveyancing work. To date, no response, as in no one has got back to me with advice.!! Given that you have to work to deadlines. This is poor and unprofessional. They can't do the basics right and communicate. This is a red flag. I will be alerting the senior partner; no amount of apology are you going to get my business, nor am I going to withdraw any reviews. I am calling your poor professionalism out.
