I’ve had to come here a few times and yes, it’s not the best kept place but the staff aren’t responsible for the upkeep, plus wasn’t here to do a building survey and the place was more than clean enough! I’m a complete wuss, so I appreciate a short wait, and prefer the staff to ‘just get on with the job’ - and I have no complaints here at all. I would definitely go back - which I will more than likely need to - in which case I won’t be dreading my visit.
They miscommunicated the dates and time of the appointment on 9 Aug at 8.40 am, booked 3 days in advance and confirmed as well two days later. They could not find the record and then upon arrival and upon insisting to check again and avoid the scene they checked and said 'oh it's for two weeks after. Make sure to call and ask 3-4 times and ask them to send you confirmation. They don't understand the inconvenience that people has to go through.
