Went on my lunch from work bc they have the schedule ahead feature. If they are running behind they let you know so you can “wait in the comfort of your own home” their words not mine. They kept my time for 1115 but I didn’t not get called back until 12:00 then waited in the room for 10minutes and by that time I had to leave to go back to work. I am sitting in the hallway of the emergency room right now with my niece and nephew. They were in a car that was t-boned this morning with all airbags deployed. We have been here since 9:26 and it is now 11:52 and they have just barely seen a doctor but not had xrays taken yet. My nephew is complaining of rib pain and was right by the door that was struck. RecommendedMy experience began at the Fulton Urgent Care. Dr O quickly evaluated me, spoke to me about the urgency of going to the ER, and made the appropriate calls to expedite my care. When I arrived, lab and ultrasound were already prepared for me. I can not say enough about the care I received by the ER staff, lab and radiology. My nurse, Cassandra, was top notch. attitudes from staff, leave you waiting in rooms for hours without any consideration or contact to inform the patients on whats going on. see several employees just standing at the desks laughing carrying on leaning on the counters while rooms are packed. then when get seen get an unfriendly nurse practitioner/ doctor

Oswego hospital has never done anything wrong to myself or my family. I have delivered 6 of my 7 children there. I was also born there. They have a great staff. I will say that the ER either needs more drs or they need to stop sitting around talking half the night. Other then that, highly recommended
place is horrible I will never go back I honestly don't even know how they are still up and running
