Doesn't matter what time you come here or how many people are waiting to be seen. We came here at 11am with for people in the waiting room and the wait was still 4 hrs. The place should probably be shut down only thing actually going on here is the 8 clerks sitting at there desk drinking coffee bullshitting having a grand old time while you only have 1 doctor seeing all the patients and is rude as hell.
Disgusts me !! Called and asked if this office was taking new patients and was told yes that dr Guenter was. When I told them that a family member was getting help for an alcohol problem we were refused ! When I questioned I was told by the office manager that they have every right to discriminate against people who are in recovery looking for a dr !! I recently had surgery at Oswego Hospital. It was a great experience. My nurses and doctors taking care of me before and after the surgery were so kind and attentive. I can't say enough positive things about this hospital. We are so fortunate to have a great place right in our own community.
My daughter had her adenoids removed yesterday.. minor surgery but it was her first one and still scary as parents! The staff in the surgery center were all amazing and made us very comfortable. Everyone came to personally meet us and explain each step of the day to us. Very pleased with my experience and would definitely attend again!

If I could give this hospital and Port City Emergency Phys. lower rating I could. Hands down the most difficult, uninformed, rude and unhelpful billing departments I have ever dealt with.
my husband has been there several times we have used home health care through the hospital. he wouldnt go any where eles the staff is awesome the nurse that comes to the house is wonderful. he had always gone to st joes in syracuse but that hospital has gone down hill.
I woke up at 3:30 this morning with an excruciating toothache. My Dentist office is closed for the Holiday so I went to our Oswego Emergency Dept. I was in agony! They were so good to me, they got me in promptly, everyone was so kind and helpful. They gave me meds to help deal with an abcessed tooth until I can get into my own Dentist. It was a painful way to end my year but, I got to see what it is like to be seriously hurting and dependent on our Emergency Dept staff for help.
