I've been here a few times and this was by far the WORST experience. The doctor I saw talked to me and treated me like an addict because my scratched open bug bites somehow looked like injection points? We're definitely calling to file a formal complaint on Monday.
Will never go there again! Everyone there acts like they hate being there and treats you like a pest. When I'm feeling as bad as I was to go there in the first place I hope to have nurses and doctors who will be kind to me and act like they care and not tell me they can't do anything for me. Went to my doc in east Syracuse right after who agreed to get me right in and they were mind boggled at how this place handled me. They did a simple urinalysis and flu swab to find out I had flu. Doesn't matter what time you come here or how many people are waiting to be seen. We came here at 11am with for people in the waiting room and the wait was still 4 hrs. The place should probably be shut down only thing actually going on here is the 8 clerks sitting at there desk drinking coffee bullshitting having a grand old time while you only have 1 doctor seeing all the patients and is rude as hell.
Where there tonight for stomach pain the staff was great until I saw the Doctor was she awful disrespectful rude didn't LISTEN AT ALL and made feel so bad about being there. Why did you come here and what do you want from me. I feel like I have gas stuck in my tummy and haven't pooped since Saturday and she yes and what would like me to do for for you!!!! WOW still hurts now what?!?!?!
I was in and out less than 45 min. Staff fantastic. Dr too nice bed side manner .thank you
They suck. Always slow. Incompetence at its best in the "medical"field
