staff is not friendly they are so slow not one person in the place ever smile it like they lost there best friend

they where fast and very nice
Every member of the staff was friendly, compassionate, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. I was seen in a very timely manner and all my concerns were addressed professionally.
Okay I guess for very basic care, billing is a lot more then it needs to be. 10 minute visit charged insurance $750 for an extended visit for “new patient”. I’ve been there a few times, so I’m not a new patient. Dual charged for both doctors and the “facilities fee”. Kinda greedy, but just my opinion.
On 03/25/19 my husband was "seen" at Urgent Care ... sent home after being assured he had only a chest cold ... a little over 12 hours later he was rushed to the E.R. ... he was admitted to the hospital with the FLU ... nice call Urgent Care ... bunch of incompetent idiots ...
the staff is very rude plushie not listening to my concerns made me feel very uncomfortable there with my daughter will never go back
