I've been here a few times and this was by far the WORST experience. The doctor I saw talked to me and treated me like an addict because my scratched open bug bites somehow looked like injection points? We're definitely calling to file a formal complaint on Monday.
Will never go there again! Everyone there acts like they hate being there and treats you like a pest. When I'm feeling as bad as I was to go there in the first place I hope to have nurses and doctors who will be kind to me and act like they care and not tell me they can't do anything for me. Went to my doc in east Syracuse right after who agreed to get me right in and they were mind boggled at how this place handled me. They did a simple urinalysis and flu swab to find out I had flu. I got here at 9:50pm with my son it's now 1:21 am and still haven't been seen by anyone just sitting here In the hallway
Worst time ever,had a simple colonoscopy set for 12:30 my husband didn't go in until 2:20,very uncaring nurses and Doctor,will never ever go there again....place should close....
My son was delivered at Oswego Hospital a few months ago, I was very happy with the nurses support of skin to skin when he was born, and their focus on assisting me with breastfeeding. The nurse staff that participated in my birth were wonderful.
