Over the last 3/4 weeks my 2 year old son has been having some issues and everytime I have phoned the girl on the front desk couldn't be any more helpful and have phoned me back numerous times to look into things out with their remit to get answers for my son. I couldn't be any more grateful they have helped to push things for referrals making sure they are all done and came back to me on everything even when some of the stuff should be the hospital getting back to me. I couldn't Evan give this surgery a 1 star if I needed to .got diagnosed with sciatica and I work away from home and gave then proof that I work away from home and everything all my flight times and when I told them I will run out when I'm away they just deny you extra medication .you hardly see a doctor it's just a nurse you see I would avoid here like the plague
Absolutely terrible I called this morning 150 times for appointment and no one answering my call I have pain and blockage in my ear and these guys not picking call for appointment since I had registered with this gp never got any appointment . Terrible 😞
I am not a regular at the G.Ps. I alway thought highly of Dr. Mckibbin . I must say on these few occasions I have called for help I have been given an appointment promptly. The receptionist have been lovely and did their best. I feel Dr Jacob is an excellent G.P. I found her very caring, understanding and helpful. Thanx to all at the practice.
