She found me a great mortgage deal and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Clear communication, proactive updates, and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing service I bought my second home through Jess and Ian at fulfords and they’ve been fantastic with the full process. Jess was very smiley and helpful with answering my questions and meeting my needs when I needed last minute viewings. Very pleased
Amy is my mortgage advisor and she’s very professional. She recommended an online solicitor to deal with the mortgage (I really regret going with this option now) I highly recommend everyone not going with this option. You should go with a solicitor that is local to you and someone you can visit in person.
Without doubt the worst property agent I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. No communication, totally unprofessional staff, not interested in their job and plenty of excuses. Avoid this incompetent bunch. I am still waiting for responses another week gone. Avoid!
