Currently waiting on them to pull their finger out and progress a sale to completion but incredibly slow at responding to other parties, refuse to liaise with other estate agents in the chain so ridiculously frustrating to deal with, there’s nothing like being kept in the dark. I would avoid this solicitor like the plague if you want a quicker conveyancing transaction. Still they drag their feet.
