To be honest, my meal was not that great. The missus was pleased with her sushi but the meat in my Chicken Treiyaki entree' was dry and without flavor. the fried rice also lacked flavor and seasoning. At least the beer was cold, served in the bottle with no chilled glass. Service was good. Server was mostly on top of things and knew how to explain all the menu items. I ate in this restaurant when it first opened decades ago. IMO, it was over-priced then and over-priced now. I understand P&L too. Can't say I will be back.

Fujiyama's not only has good food but it is fun too. Our chef was funny and knew his stuff well. Love the place!
Absolutely a five star place! I have loved coming here since I was 7. If you haven't tried the filet yet I strongly suggest it, also get it medium rare or medium. It will be one of the best filets that you've ever had! Mmmm Fujiyama!
This is one of my last favorite places to eat. I love the salad dressing and the sauces. The chain restaurants just don't get those right. The filet and shrimp is my favorite even though it's really expensive. Last night was great however the guy cooking did not understand how to cook the filet as medium. Three of us at our table ordered the filet medium and he llet cooking it until it was well done. Still good. Only been here twice and both times it was fantastic. Great staff, clean and quite, nice atmosphere, killer strawberry daiquiri and delicious food. Will be going back and more often.
