Large portions, delicious food, great staff!! Had a wonderful dinner there with friends!!
We shared the Fuji sushi roll and it was delicious! I eat very few kinds of sushi, but this was very good. Our hibachi steak was very tough, I won't order it again. Vegetables,rice, soup, and salad are always good! It was a nice Fathers Day dinner.

Sorry. Service was below par. Their hibachi fried rice had WAY too many salty spices/sauces put on it. And combined with same over salty sauces and spices with vegetables and steak made it near inedible. Bento box with tempura had a “ mystery tempura” item that seemed to be fried tempura batter over raw tempura batter. Sushi was acceptable. We go to Benihana, Fujiyamas, Ginza, and Kazan with some regularity. Unless things change we won’t return to Fuji. Shame because we live close by.
Not all that. Good service. Food was just ok with smaller portion then others type restaurants and flooded with seasonings and sauces that dominated the ingredients instead of letting those shine. Cook’s funny and entertaining, but not sure if skill set is there. Scallops and shrimp that I ordered was sized small and lost the proteins substance once ate due to above mentioned.
