Could not recommend FTR Performance enough. Due to distance and a full schedule I called and asked about remote purchase of an Audi S4. Dealt with Paul from the offset who was polite, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Communication including all the paperwork and high definition videos was impeccable. The car was delivered first thing in the morning on the day that worked best for me with all the paperwork present. It's been a long time since I buy the car(last year in December) and I can say that after the experience I had before FTR where I had to return a car to a doggy dealer I was more then lucky to find the car I wanted from FTR an absolute fantastic service and the best used car I could buy.As it's been 8 months since I buy the car an didn't have any problems with the car.When I buy the car had a problem with one of the headlight which has been replaced as promised by FTR.
Courteous and friendly service, would highly recommend. They very kindly sorted a fresh MOT and wheel refurbishment prior to collecting my iPace, which was much appreciated.
Are you sitting comfortably? Then I'll begin... I first came across Greg (now FTR, but then in a partnership business) in 2014 when I bought a used BMW e46 Touring from him. Having wrote off my car, I was on the hunt for a new one and came across a VW T-Roc being sold by FTR performance. I reviewed the Ad, did some research into price etc. and decided to enquire further. From the moment I picked up the phone, the Customer Service provided was exceptional. I spoke with Paul, explained I wasn't in a position to view the car in person, and required a fully remote sale.
