Had FTCH fit some internal wall insulation. After various sockets and lights started failing, we had an electrical engineer check out the problem. Turns out they have drilled through cables and failed to extend the cables on the sockets. The house now needs a re-wiring. Contacted FTCH and they don’t want to know anything about it. Failure to properly extend cables is a major fire risk.
I have been so impressed by ftch. Responsive, work to deadlines and turn up every time and just get the job done with no fuss! Big thanks to Izzy in the office - super efficient!
