HUGE SELECTION My fiance and I went there to look at Verragio designer rings and we were not disappointed! They have the a huge Verragio selection and the saleswomen, Janet and Mary, were just absolute dolls to work with. They made everything so easy for us and helped teach us about diamonds until we felt comfortable in making an informed decision. Bottomline - BEST service I've ever had and the selection was amazing. Look no further for a happy experience :)
A.W. the store looks amazing but the staff is horrid. the saleswoman was supposed to return my call and never did. so i called in to ask her and she was just plain rude, and totally unprofessional. luckily there are other places in the clark building!!

Perfect I have just picked up my custom made wedding band from Frost and I have to say it turned out perfect!! I would definitely reccomend them to anyone who needs a custom made wedding band.
don't go I found the staff to be rather unhelpful. The man helping us rushed us and could have cared less about helping us to find the ring we wanted. We went elsewhere and found the perfect ring!

Custom Work I have read the review on the custom work and wish to make the following statement. The custom process is very methodical and has to be customer approved half way through the process with a customer's signature which we keep on file. As the manager at Frost and Company I urge all of the men surprising their fiances with custom rings to be sure that they like the idea first before they approve it.
