Great Products, Service, Price My husband and I got our weddign ring and my engagement ring from Frost. The service was very helpful and professional. All products were delivered as promised adn in timely manner. Escellent pricign as well.
don't go I found the staff to be rather unhelpful. The man helping us rushed us and could have cared less about helping us to find the ring we wanted. We went elsewhere and found the perfect ring!

They took the time to get to know what I wanted and how much we wanted to spend, and came up with several choices, one prettier than the next. Great company! My fiance purchased an engagement ring and a band to match at Frost Diamonds. We were totally satisfied as both rings were totally spectacular! Steve was so helpful and helped us in every step of the process. I would recommend them to anyone. Any business can have a bad review from an unreasonable customer. I give them high marks for quality, service and price.
yellow... my friend just got her ring there...and it looks YELLOW (and it says its colorless), and she is so upset. becareful about the "certification." make sure it is a real certificate and not someone on their staff saying they certified it. they have a way of twisting words...
Terrible Work LESS THAN A STAR! They promised us that they would follow a process of getting a drawing and then a wax and only once the wax was approved would they make it in gold. When we saw the wax it was wrong and they insisted that the changes we wanted would be made in the gold. We said but thats not the process we were promised. They proceeded because we trusted them as the "professional". They made several changes that only made the ring worse and worse.
