Terrible Work LESS THAN A STAR! They promised us that they would follow a process of getting a drawing and then a wax and only once the wax was approved would they make it in gold. When we saw the wax it was wrong and they insisted that the changes we wanted would be made in the gold. We said but thats not the process we were promised. They proceeded because we trusted them as the "professional". They made several changes that only made the ring worse and worse. Perfect I have just picked up my custom made wedding band from Frost and I have to say it turned out perfect!! I would definitely reccomend them to anyone who needs a custom made wedding band.

A.W. the store looks amazing but the staff is horrid. the saleswoman was supposed to return my call and never did. so i called in to ask her and she was just plain rude, and totally unprofessional. luckily there are other places in the clark building!! i think its pretty funny they have the manager posting reviews, this is a site for consumers.

yellow... my friend just got her ring there...and it looks YELLOW (and it says its colorless), and she is so upset. becareful about the "certification." make sure it is a real certificate and not someone on their staff saying they certified it. they have a way of twisting words...

Great company! My fiance purchased an engagement ring and a band to match at Frost Diamonds. We were totally satisfied as both rings were totally spectacular! Steve was so helpful and helped us in every step of the process. I would recommend them to anyone. Any business can have a bad review from an unreasonable customer. I give them high marks for quality, service and price.

Custom Work I have read the review on the custom work and wish to make the following statement. The custom process is very methodical and has to be customer approved half way through the process with a customer's signature which we keep on file. As the manager at Frost and Company I urge all of the men surprising their fiances with custom rings to be sure that they like the idea first before they approve it. HUGE SELECTION My fiance and I went there to look at Verragio designer rings and we were not disappointed! They have the a huge Verragio selection and the saleswomen, Janet and Mary, were just absolute dolls to work with. They made everything so easy for us and helped teach us about diamonds until we felt comfortable in making an informed decision. Bottomline - BEST service I've ever had and the selection was amazing. Look no further for a happy experience :)
