Everything from the initial viewing to the referencing process, to key pick up and move in was an absolute breeze, I cannot recommend them enough! Jordan was so helpful and professional the whole way through, supporting us with all of our queries (small and large) and acted quickly on every step to get us in as soon as possible. Flawless experience renting my first property with Frost & Co. The process was simple and smooth from start to finish. Abi and Jordan were fantastic, explaining each step clearly and promptly supporting with all of my queries ahead of moving in. They even showed great flexibility at short notice to allow me to move in a few days earlier than initially planned to better fit my schedule. 100% would recommend!
