How is this company even still in business? There's something obviously not right here and someone is getting their pockets filled with cash to turn a blind eye. I myself am a victim of this thief of a "ISP" internet went down and i was told to wait for a tech today and none arrived then im told they can't come untill 5 more days are you seriously ******kidding me?

I have been using frontier for about a year now. The pricing was reasonable, because I only wanted internet service, but had to get the phone in order to get the awsome package. Well, after the tech comes out and installs the internet and phone, everything seems to be good. The next day, my family and I are watching a move and boom, the internet goes out. My name is *****. I have been a customer with Frontier Communications for about a year. I called Frontier to upgrade my tv service and was told for$10.00 more a month I would get the extra tv channels I was looking for. Speaking with the lady she said it would be $10.00 a month more. I asked what about any taxes, fees and such and she stated no sir it is $10.00 more and only $10.00. This is the absolute worst phone and internet provider. They charge to much for the services they provide or should say lack of service! I am having to take my laptop to other places 20 mins from my home in order to do my work. My kids can't log in to do school work and we have to use our cell phones for a hot spot during crunch times which is then making us have to purchase additional data with ******* which is not cheap! This company is fraudulent in it;\'s billing practices. They are trying to bill me twice in one month. The charged me for months for a cable box they installed in my living room. The bill said it was not returned equipment. They said they would deduct it from the bill but did not do it all at once causing more tax on the bill to occur. They also without notice increased the bill from $156 to $186 without notice. The $156 was NOT a promotional amount. Frontier has the worst service! I have been a customer for years (not by choice as they are my only option). My complaint is about the lack of timelessness resolving issues. I understand things happen however the lack of urgency is disgusting! When internet service goes out and you call in a ticket there is no logical reason a customer should have to wait an entire week to get someone out! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! THEY HAVE TAKEN AWAY CREDITS TOWARDS MY ACCOUNT THAT WERE HONORED SAYING THEY DON'T HAVE RECORDS OF THEM. I AM FED UP. THIS HAS BEEN A THREE MONTH STRUGGLE, FROM THEIR STUPID CHAT FORUM TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES ON THE PHONE. FRONTIER SHOULD CLOSE THEIR DOORS.

Do not do business with Frontier if at all possible. If you are doing business with them and decide to leave, just know they will screw with you as much as possible when you leave. Frontier took over from ******* in Texas a few years ago. I have been with *******/Frontier for ~15 years. When my contract was about to expire Frontier convinced me to not leave by giving me a lower price for two years. I called to inquire about getting higher speed internet. Which I was told if I bought a new modem I would get higher speed. The technician that was scheduled to come called me and told me I was not in the right location for higher speed. So I cancelled. What that has got me was another bill with a new account number. So now I have to bills for the same address. My internet was shut off because I pay my bill on line and wasnt paying attention to getting 2 bills.
