Terrible customer service representatives. After all they take you through to get setup. Finally, get a voicemail stating they have everything, but please call back. You call back, verify yourself and ask for the person that left and CLEARLY you are RETURNING a call the msg, they can't transfer, but ASK me what did the person WANT that called me. I wanted to bring to your attention the deceptive billing practices that I have witness over the years of being a customer. I assume the company feels I’m only one person and it won’t matter when I leave. This may be true, but I felt compelled to write you a letter anyways. I was being billed hundreds of dollars more than I should have for services that aren’t being used by our family. I live in texas and frontier has taken over ******* for over 2 years my bill has been 56.00 now frontier has got it up to 103.00 for the same service I have had for 12 years I get local land line only with 1g of internet called and spent many hours on the phone to see why this was so high now never got anywhere with them weeks later after many more hours on the phone I was offered unlimited long distance with 12g of internet for $70.00 don't want all of that was happy with what I had but if it was $103.00 for the plan I had ... read more

This company deserves zero stars. I’ve filed complaint after complaint with them and offered to take each survey and never have I been contacted or have they reached out to resolve anything. Also, I can never get to a supervisor as they’re never “there” when I ask to be transferred. I literally called to transfer my service and was told it could be done - a week prior to my move an outbound agent calls me and hangs up the minute I answer.
