Front Foot physiotherapy came highly recommended by a number of people saying and they were spot on. Katherine identified my problem quickly, began treatment immediately and then suggested some exercises to do myself at home. I’ve had a few sessions with her now and I feel so much better. I have been so pleased with my treatment and the results and would definitely recommend her.
Always very thorough with her assessment and treatment. Makes my daughter’s back much looser and keeps her performing pain free.
I've been going to Front Foot for over a year to keep on top of a recurring problem and could not recommend Katherine enough! She has sorted me out everytime with no problem.
I had a fantastic experience working with Katherine on my knee injury (torn meniscus). She was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, taking the time to clearly explain my injury and guide me through effective rehab/stability/strength exercises designed specifically for my needs and fitness level.
