After many decades and several thousand spent at this practice I have moved to another. No problem with the care of my pet but admin is another story. I made a minor request which was largely ignored as was the feedback and complaint I sent after. I have no idea if it was passed on to the vets as requested. It’s a shame complaints handling (or lack of) isn’t dealt with as rigorously as billing. The same bill emailed (which I had already paid) 5 times in one day followed by a letter! excellent vets got us in a short notice while we were holiday - excellent service professional and polite staff
Would never take any pet here told my cat wasn't priority. If I could give 0 stars I would avoid this place if you don't want to be ripped of. Friends had similar visit won't be taking any pet near this place
Caring staff from the reception team, nurses and vets. Veterinary surgeon Elliot cared for our dog Winnie over the years and was always kind, professional and had a lovely manner with her. For a small practice they do a great job and an asset to pet care in the area.
Brought my dog in with an ear infection, welcomed by lovely reception staff and then sent on through to Imogen who was a amazing vet, explained the problem, explained the pricing and options to fix the problem. Couldn't ask more from a vets practice if you care for your pet.
