I had a test done through Froedtert . I received my results my doctor received my results. (which matched). Customer service then calls me basically talking about the results which does not match my results or my doctors and wants to charge me for a test that I feel its not mine. I have no copy of the test they are speaking of and asked me to go through my doctor because she was sent a copy. And like I previously mentioned my copy and my doctor's copy match.The test results they have is different than mine plus charges. I fe... read more

I went to Froedtert Specialty Clinic to see Dr. B******** on 03/12/2021. I was told in advance by a nurse practitioner, Dacy R*****, from the Neuroscience group in Neenah, WI that Dr. B******** had reviewed all my records and understood why I was seeing her. What actually happened was: I went to my appointment at the Specialty Clinic and the medical assistant couldn't find my records, she asked if I was there to get my injection, I was not there for an injection. Do not go to Froedert!!!! I called to schedule an appointment and the only option I had was a "virtual appointment" I was seriously sick during the Covid Pandemic and had covid-like symptoms. I had a 20 minute virtual appointment with a Dr. U**** and was charged $354 for basically telling me it was probably allergies. The very next day, I went in person to Aurora Urgent care and they gave me a full work up, based on the severity of my symptoms. Billing office/financial services is absolutely HORRIBLE and so unorganized! If you have to use their urgent care of emergency services, keep record of everything and I'd probably record the conversations because you will consistently be told different things from different people about your bill. I had to go to urgent care at Mooreland Reserve location 2 years ago for a sudden onset of excruciating abdominal pain. Ran tests, labs, etc and the doctors couldn't tell me anything or help. After clearly asking to be seen to see if I was qualified to have a specific procedure, I was seen for a different procedure that I stopped the Doctor to inform her that that is not what I was here for! No fault on her part but whoever scheduled the appointment was at fault! Totally wasted a full day and 400 miles of driving! They reviewed my complaint and told to pay anyway.

Bill me for a yearly test $1100 AFTER insurance and they expect it paid in 18 months-IF you can afford their required payments. If you don't pay fast enough or enough to keep on their payment plan, they send you to collections... where you pay what you can afford, but they damage your credit. They say they care(only because other hospitals are getting bad press for doing the EXACT same thing they do!!). I have foregone the test in 2018, as I was still paying off the 2017 bill. The care I received was fine. The follow-up was not. As my out-of-pocket expenses had reached more than $1,000, I was concerned about paying additional money for a follow-up visit once my treatments were done - knowing that a new year's deductible was about to kick in. However, the doctor volunteered to me that my first follow-up visit would be free of charge, due to the fact that "by law, (he) would not be allowed to charge me." His exact words. HORRIBLE billing office. Paid them $400.00 in December. They debuted my bank account and did not apply my money to my bill. January they call saying I missed a payment. Gave them the confirmation #, they found it, and put my account on hold until its applied. It's nearly April and they still haven't applied the money I paid them. I call every 2 weeks and another clueless representative tells me they are working in it and the account is on hold. Meanwhile I pay them another 400.00 in January and again 400.00 more in February.... read more

Their billing and customer support team is a joke. My son was born in froedtert and immediately transferred to children’s. He was in froedtert for less than 20 minutes of his life - with children’s staff in the delivery room and charged my insurance company over $1500 for nursery (he was never in the nursery), equipment (that didn’t work) and duplicate tests (that did not need to be done there since they were also being done by children’s).
