Froedtert is overcharging me for a doctor's visit and I've not been able to resolve it with patient financial services

Brandon R******, Orthopedic Surgeon at Froedtert MCW, ruined any quality of life I could hope for. In August of 2018, he did a 7-level spinal fusion on me. The day after surgery they discovered I had sepsis. Approximately a week later, after letting me suffer from extremely horrible headaches, so bad I prayed for God to take me, it was discovered I had Bacterial Meningitis. I wish I would have done more research on the operations of Froedtert Medical College of WI. I was seeing Doctors in the Eye Institute from June to Dec of 2020. The communication in general was less than professional and extremely challenging. There were times it would take offices **** days to get back to me. I was referred to this location from an ophthalmologist, mainly because they specialize in the procedure that I need to get done, and they are listed as a provider according to my health insurance company. As soon as I arrived to the location, I was told that the visit would not be covered by my insurance, and that I would be charged a $300 deposit to even be seen by the doctor (Dr. Timothy W****). I would strongly advise against trusting Froedtert Hospital's physician assistant Abigail S********. She openly blocked communication with my surgeon. Several attempts to ask him about pain medication via My Chart were intercepted by her and she outright refused to ask him about it. She repeatedly refused me pain medication and lied to me about it being available saying "we have never given our patients pain medication before surgery". I wish I could give negative stars! I had an X-ray and 4 PT sessions this past spring and received a bill for more than $3k. After insurance write offs and patient payments i managed to whittle that down to $532. Today I get a bill for $733. When I call the billing department they cannot tell me where this extra $201 charge comes from. They can confirm that the total bill matches my records and can confirm the payments I made are correct, but still insist i owe $733?? Now i wait for yet another itemized receipt. I had a test done through Froedtert . I received my results my doctor received my results. (which matched). Customer service then calls me basically talking about the results which does not match my results or my doctors and wants to charge me for a test that I feel its not mine. I have no copy of the test they are speaking of and asked me to go through my doctor because she was sent a copy.
