Received most of the blinds but miscommunication meant that the kitchen blind was missed from the order. Kitchen window was measured and it's been two weeks plus since then and we haven't received a quote. All emails, phonecalls and voicemails have gone unanswered, not impressed as we now have a window without blinds.
Ness is very nice and honest. She never deceives his customers, and it’s a pleasure to do business with her

Absolutely fantastic service - right from the word go everything about getting my new blinds has been spot on. Andy arrived on time for measuring up and has an admiral wealth of knowledge regarding different blind types. My conservatory blinds have already had so many compliments! I love the day/night blind fitted in my lounge which Andy fitted in no time at all. His sister Nessa rang ahead of his visit.
