We have had a continual poor customer experience with a “local” Amana service and decided it was time to make a change. Multiple inquiries from multiple sources all said Fritch Heating and Cooling has never let them down. Through a friend of a friend “Kevin N.” was recommend. I greatly appreciate his honesty, openness, professionalism and experience to get the unit working again. The bad control unit was quickly identified and replaced after running proper diagnostics. I called for service at 1 p.m., and my furnace was back up and running at 5 p.m. Thank you to Mary for working me into the schedule and to the technician, Mark, who completed the repair. I needed a new fan timer board, and even though my furnace is an older one, they were able to locate the replacement part. Charges were clearly explained when I initially called, so I knew what to expect when it came time to pay the bill. I am very happy with the service I received from Fritch. 5 Stars, would highly recommend to others.

They really care about their customers from the moment you call, even new customers like us! We had them come out previously for a home inspection of our unit and I knew at that time we would use them for any future needs. I got the feeling I could trust them from that first encounter. Tonya and Gary N. got us taken care of extremely fast when we needed them most! Gary is the best Geothermal man around!

The last thing you want to do on a Saturday night is call for HVAC service. But that's what I had to do this past weekend. Your 24/7 service is much appreciated, and Technician Mark King is a great representative of your company. Conversing with him on the phone prior to the on-site visit and then his professionalism and politeness during the service call turned the undesirable situation into a relatively pleasant experience. And in short order he got our unit back to functioning.
