After a no show, no call for an appointment a bit over a week ago, I thought I would give them one more chance. So, I called and got another appointment for today. Well, at least this time they called and said they weren't going to show up. They said that the best they could do is come 5 days later. Awesome! -5 below zero and Fritch was here within a couple of hours from the call. Dave was our technician and was wonderful. We will be scheduling maintenance visits with Fritch come Spring.

I had Michael from Fritch come repair my heat today. He was friendly and very professional. I appreciate that he tried several ways to fix the issue before resorting to a replacement part. It would have been very easy to just say it was broken and to just order the part. However, Michael went above and beyond to save me money! I will only recommend this company for anyone I know with heating or air conditioning problems! Thank you for being a friendly and ethical company servicing the city of Peoria!
