I had an issue with my roof pipe vent, pipe, cap, and flashing. All of it was in bad shape causing water to drip in my basement. I called Fritch yesterday and due to rain they came out the next day. The guy did an excellent job fixing the problem. He was polite and easy going. So sorry I don’t remember your name. I am old and my memory is not that good. I am one happy customer! Thank you so much Fritch Heating and Cooling!!! One less thing for me to worry about.
Came home to a cold house. The on call technician got things going in a very short time. He was great.
I called, they showed up same day for estimates. Work was scheduled for the next day and they showed up ON TIME and did a great job. Thanks Tim and Mike, you guys rock!
Fritch was at my house in less than an hour to fix my furnace. Michael was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained it to me. My heat was back on in no time! This was my first time using Fritch and I will continue to use them in the future.
Fritch recently replaced our furnace and a/c. Very prompt, cleaned up everything, and everything working great!

Had an appointment set up for a service call on my mobile home a.c. unit. Was told the morning of the appointment they would not do it because they do not service mobile homes. This was a call made 10 min after the call telling me the tech would be at my place in 20 min. He did show up and it was an explained that the appointment should not of been made as they do not work on mobile homes. Our A/C unit is on its last leg, and it overheated and stopped working today. Dave came to our rescue and got it up and running for us. He was the friendliest guy ever, and was very professional. This is why we will continue to use Fritch for all of air heating and cooling needs! Fantastic customer service!
