I ordered flowers for my sisters funeral and specifically said a loose bouquet of yellow and orange roses and carnations and was told it would be £64.99 which I paid. On the day of the funeral there was no such bouquet but a very small posy from another florist from myself and my husband. The names of my daughter and son in law had been omitted as had most of the message. Terrible phone service and no website. Called to get a bunch of flowers delivered to the funeral home a few doors down. Told I would have to buy funeral flowers at £65+ when I only wanted a bouquet. Asked why and was told it was because it was "London prices" and they were in "London". Now I know I moved away from Wainscott 14 years ago but the last time I checked it was still in Medway. The man who answered was incredibly rude. Such a shame, I guess it's changed hands as it used to be lovely florist. 100% do NOT recommend. ... read more
