Although it was a bit of a run around trying to get the Allstate tire warranty to cover a replacement in my local area 40 miles from this dealership. I showed up as a walk in on a very busy Monday morning to Friendly’s service department and my advisor Matt told me he would get me in/ out as soon as he could. True to his word it was less than a couple of hrs which I pass the time in their comfortable waiting area which is nicely supplied with free soft drinks- coffee- chips. My husband and I had a wonderful experience today in working with Darnell Washington in purchasing a used Kia Sedona. I worked with Brandan, he was very professional and not pushy at all. He listened to what vehicle I wanted, color and all. They didn’t have that car on the lot, but he got on the computer and within a couple of days he found me the Kia Sportage I wanted. I love it !!! Everyone at Friendly Kia was, well very Friendly! They truly live up to the name.

Service Department is very friendly from the moment you arrive up until the time you leave. They seem to run on time every time I bring my car in for its routine maintenance. And my car is returned to me just as clean inside as when I gave my keys over to them. Just a little disappointed that there wasn’t enough time for their free car wash. I always look forward to that. Next time I’ll take an earlier appointment so that there is enough time for that free car wash!
