Between me and my mom we’ve bought 8 cars from Friendly, everyone’s super FRIENDLY! and helpful, recently my mom had a minor accident and after waiting for hours for a tow truck we called Friendly Kia and within minutes we were on our way and Gene took care of everything. Would NOT recommend them to buy online through them. Not all information was shared, the break assembly was badly rusted. Trying to figure out a resolution. I bought it online. The industry is moving towards online and these dealers have to figure out best way to market there products online honestly and show all good & bad. If they won’t they will continue to be mom & pap shops. Once online industry advances further they will be gone
