I'm just looking to leave a horrible review of your service department. And I will name Joe Clark, I had a 11 appointment for a recall not only did Joe take his 11:30& 12 appointment before me I was here 10:52 and did not get helped until almost 11:30. Why make appointments when it is obviously first come.

I would like to thank Matt in the service department who assisted my 85-year old mother this week. The kindness, compassion and caring he showed was wonderful. He’s a great person and I’m sorry I didn’t get his last name. We are going to make a new car purchase in January and we will be shopping at Friendly Kia!

If I could give 0️⃣ stars I would! We don’t have the best credit so we know things could not go our way. However, we live in Apollo Beach and we had a close friend refer us to Friendly with same credit situation we were in and they got him in 2 new cars within a week, so I know something could be done. After talking with Anthony via phone and email for 2 days, filled out credit applications and let him know what we were originally after. This was on Saturday morning.
