A country drive through Hereford leads to our two hundred acre farm in Northern Baltimore County. Surrounded by three ponds, the view is breathtaking year-round.Our family started the Friendly Farm Restaurant in Upperco, Maryland in 1959. Originally located in the existing farm house, the present building was opened in 1964 to accommodate a growing clientele. Dining is family style. Crab cakes are the best. Our Waitress was friendly and always on top of anything we needed. We have been repeat costumers for many years.
Love friendly farms been going there many years alway good food and service .
Very disappointed with Thanksgiving dinner. The food was tasteless and hardly warm. Our server brought appetizers. 3 mins later she delivered the meats. Then went off to finish serving another table. We had no side dishes to go with meats. Why even bring the meats? I could have stayed home and opened a can of sauerkraut with deli turkey and saved big bucks. Absolutely overpriced for quality of food. I have eaten many many times at FF. This was the worst experience ever! Never again!
Best fried chicken in best crab cakes I've ever had. Great atmosphere all of the food was good. Highly recommend !!
I have been going to Friendly Farm since I was a young child. My grandmother started taking me. She loved Friendly Farm. My husband took me there yesterday for my birthday. As always I got the crab cakes. They have the best crab cakes. All of the employees are very friendly and my server was very attentive. The food was delicious as always.
