Great service I have been part of Friendly Chevrolet since 2007 and I have never had any problems, it's been awhile since I have gotten either one of my cars serviced there. On this situation my son's car had the battery light coming on and I wasn't sure if it was still under warranty. When I called it was but the problem was they were booked out for a couple of weeks and I only had a couple of days cause my son had to report his 1st time to college in North Carolina. Great service/fair pricing Your Service Advisor Johnathan Hankins went above & beyond in assisting me with my recent Equinox hub bearing repair. Unfortunately the hub bearing has been a repeat problem with the Chevy Equinox...and I appreciate Johanthan's and Friendly Chevrolet's efforts in assisting me with the repair & pricing on this issue.

customer service I bought a new set of four Cooper Gs5 tires for my car on September 2, 2014, at Puklich Chevrolet in Bismarck, ND. The tires came with free tire rotation every six thousand miles. I have had the car in twice now for free tire rotation and the tires leak air. I mentioned it to the sales rep at Puklich each time I took the car in for tire rotation and nothing was done about the tires leaking air.
