The Great Friendly Chevrolet Dealership Not perfect but very close. First the Friendly Chevrolet itself was impressive. Staff very friendly. Great Experience! Great experience! Cost of ownership is very low. In addition to getting a oil change and initial service, the service rep show me two filters that needed to be replaced. They didn't just tell me they needed to be change, they showed them to me. I like that!!!
Great service The service was thorough and timely and they gave me a loaner that was similar to my vehicle instead of a much lower quality car.
Tire rotation, balancing and oil change Everybody was very kind and considerate! The serviceman explained the situation about my tires not being able to balanced and what we could do about it. He was very knowledgeable about the subject!
