Jewel's I believe was her name greeted me upon driving up to the service center was extremely helpful and kind. Great Service Service was excellent from the initial appointment call with John to the valet runners. John followed up with me on Monday to let me know the issue with my car and how they would resolve this issue. John called as soon as my car was finished. I arrived to have John go over my service report with me again and the valet to get my car right out to me.

Great Service My Service Advisor, Jackie Orihuela was the reason that I recommend Friendly's Service. The State Inspection machine was broken and she made sure I knew when to come back and complete my service. I am in a service business and she is a very valuable employee.
